Anthropic (the company that makes Claude) lets you create your own API key at console.anthropic.com. It's free to set up and they give you $5 in starting credits. If you connect your key to Build Smarter, your prompts are charged directly to your Anthropic account — usually pennies per session — and you get unlimited use inside the course. It takes about 2 minutes to set up and we walk you through every step.
